This summer, the Kimbell Art Museum is hosting the major international loan exhibition Botticelli to Braque: Masterpieces from the National Galleries of Scotland, a selection of 55 paintings from Scotlands premier art collections the Scottish National Gallery, the Scottish National Portrait Gallery and the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art. Masterworks from the three distinct museums, not seen together in Edinburgh, will be combined in one magnificent display. The show includes an array of works from some of the best-known and well-loved European and even American artists and spans more than 400 years of art history, from the Renaissance to the modern age.
