FLUX Art Fair, Harlems first contemporary art fair, was a tremendous success reported Leanne Stella the Fairs founder. The four-day event drew steady and enthusiastic crowds who praised the Fairs intimate scale, curated aesthetic and relaxed and friendly vibe. Featuring 57 international artists from over a dozen countries, FLUX presented a variety of work in all media that addressed a common theme – the 21st century artist as a nomad. Artists were selected by a group of highly accomplished independent curators including Danny Simmons, Rachel Weingeist, Raul Zamudio, Roger C. Tucker, Kristin Sancken, David C. Terry, Omo Misha, Rasu Jilani, Manon Slome, all lead by Fair founder, Leanne Stella. Among those spotted strolling the fair were Hisham Tawfiq (The Blacklist), Vondie Curtis-Hall (Daredevil), Tamara Tunie (Law & Order: SVU), and Adam Dispirito
