Christie’s presents the sale of Prints & Multiples taking place on April 23-24. The two-day sale features over 280 lots, with a superb selection of Post-War and Contemporary editions, as well as a strong group of classic Modern and American prints. The sale is highlighted by Keith Haring’s Andy Mouse series (lot 250, estimate: $300,000 – 400,000) and features other major works by artists such as Pablo Picasso, Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein, Edward Hopper, and David Hockney, among others. Executed in 1985-86, during an extremely fertile time for Keith Haring, Andy Mouse pays tribute to his close friend, hero and mentor, Andy Warhol.
