The Nicole Ripka Gallery, a Watermill pop-up gallery featuring acclaimed works of art throughout the Summer 2015 season, presents a duo exhibition featuring sculptor Carole A. Feuerman is recognized as one of the worlds most renowned, influential, and popular hyperrealist sculptors. Her prolific career spans four decades in which she has pioneered new approaches to sculpture. Working in monumental, life size, and museum size, she is the only figurative artist to hyper-realistically paint bronze for outdoor public art, paint bronze to look like flesh, and the only sculptor to install these painted bronze sculptures in water.
